Oscar Locklin

Oscar J. Locklin is a Santa Rosa County native and 6th generation native Santa Rosan. He is a graduate of Pace High School, Harding University and Florida State University College of Law. Oscar joined the firm in 2005 upon law school graduation, and has focused his practice on real estate, will, trusts, probate and business law. Oscar is happy to be living and working in Santa Rosa County and helping all of its residents enjoy our home.
Oscar spends most of his free time pheasant hunting, working with the Jay church of Christ, Jay Recreation Association, Inc., and coaching and watching his four daughters play basketball.
